Darryl Allen, 27, of Perry, was arrested April 12 for criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree and criminal possession of a controlled substance in the fourth degree, both as felony charges. Allen was a passenger in a vehicle that was stopped on East South Street, Geneseo, for an alleged traffic violation. He is accused of having more than 13 grams of what appeared to be cocaine in his possession. It is the opinion of the Livingston County Drug Task Force that the chunks are cocaine, cut from a cocaine “brick.” The substance will be sent to the Monroe County Crime Lab for testing. Allen was put in Livingston County Jail on $7,500 cash bail or $15,000 bond.
Shane C. Sillen, 34, of Perry, was charged April 16 with unauthorized sticker, aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the second degree, and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. Sillen is accused of having a very large sticker on the rear window of her vehicle. Upon further investigation, she was allegedly found to have not only a suspended license, but no driver's license as well. Sillen is due in the Village of Perry Court May 10.
Jayson J. Clark, no age provided, of Rochester, was charged April 16 with uninspected motor vehicle, aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree, and unlicensed operator of a motor vehicle. Clark’s vehicle was stopped in the Village of Perry with a traffic violation. A subsequent license check allegedly showed that his license was suspended two times. He is due in the Village of Perry Court at 3:30 p.m. May 10.
