Patchy areas of freezing rain are expected in the Perry and Warsaw areas until 3 p.m..
According to the National Weather Service in Buffalo, temperatures over the higher hills will likely remain just at or slightly below freezing, allowing for some light ice accumulations.
Roads may become slick on untreated surfaces, especially at bridges and overpasses.
Other areas affected include Livingston County; southern Genesee and Monroe counties; western Ontario, northeastern Cattaraugus, and northern Allegany counties.
